The establishment of 3REAL by the three Managing Partners Marc Alfken, Stefan Weiß and Michael Oliel followed a simple conclusion: Many major players in the real estate broker business which they worked for so far are, due to their size and consequent rather rigid structure, not able to meet the requirements of the customers in the intense and individual way the customers would desire. To find the right tenant for the owner of such a property and for the multiplier the right retail location is not that easy.
